I have an associate's degree in massage therapy from Heritage College, Denver Colorado. I completed a three year internship at Denver University Ritchie Fitness Center. My client's primarily included athletes, gymnasts, and gym/facility members. With a total of over 20 years' experience in the field of massage and bodywork, I have provided services to several chiropractic offices, gym facilities, non profit disabilities programs and given self-treatment seminars for Wellness Programs.

I have worked with clients with spinal cord injuries in coordination with the Chanda Plan Foundation. I also hold certification in Hot Stone Massage and Crystal Therapy from the Institute for Therapeutic Massage, and a certificate in Prenatal Massage from Heritage College.

I am always learning and continuing my education about the body and have attained a few more certifications.

In 2005 I returned to Heritage and earned a second associates degree in Personal fitness training. My training clients have included athletes, jr. athletes, bodybuilders, many with spinal injuries, businessmen and women, and stay at home individual's.

I specialize in deep tissue, trigger point, sports, body structural correction, and injury preventive/rehabilitation.

Other services that I provide are Personal Fitness Training, Hot Stones, Ear Candling, Detox Foot Bath, Chakra Balancing, Tuning Forks, Emotional Release and assisting others with Life Coaching.
