At Move with Purpose the mission is simple: help people live better by decreasing pain, improving mobility and calming the nervous system through individualized bodywork sessions.

Whether you're experiencing chronic pain, movement limitations in the gym, or simply need dedicated time to let your mind rest, we can help! Using a combination of techniques such as: deep tissue (myofascial release), cupping, scraping and more, our hope is that you leave your session feeling refreshed and ready to show up for whatever life requires of you with both increased motivation and intentionality.

Things to note:

When booking, please fill out the intake form thoroughly.

For best practice, prenatal clients must be out of their 1st trimester prior to their appointment. Clients involved in a motor vehicle accident cannot be seen within 72 hours of the incident.

We are located inside Phenix Salon Suites.

We have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy. Inappropriate behavior (such as, but not limited to: jesters, touching/attempting to touch the massage therapist), comments, and/or solicitations will result in immediate termination of the session. You will be required to pay in full and a report may be filed with local authorities.
