Your initial session will begin with a brief discussion and assessment in order to determine goals and focus areas. The remaining time will consist of therapeutic massage work, where I invite you to freely communicate how you're feeling and if anything needs to be adjusted in order to ensure that we are working both efficiently and effectively. To conclude, we will conduct a brief reassessment and go over any home care instructions if needed. Every session will build on the goals established during the initial session; however, goals and focus areas can be modified on an as-needed basis.

We have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy. Inappropriate behavior (such as, but not limited to: jesters, touching/attempting to touch the massage therapist), comments, and/or solicitations will result in immediate termination of the session. You will be required to pay in full and a report may be filed with local authorities.

For best practice, prenatal clients must be out of their 1st trimester prior to their appointment. Clients involved in a motor vehicle accident cannot be seen within 72 hours of the incident.
