Coconut oil is used in every massage as well as various essential oils from Young Living, Aura Cacia, and NOW brands to improve your breathing patterns and peace of mind. Massage therapy is unique to me, because it is a perfect combination for my passion and interest in networking, music, creativity, and helping others reconnect with their mind, body, and spirit.

Clear communication is important to ensure the most effective massage session. During your massage, you will learn how to expand your breathing patterns and increase your overall awareness of how your body is feeling. Feel free to communicate and give any feedback about pressure, room temperature, or any new tension or pain that you might notice.
