Coconut oil is used in every massage as well as various essential oils from Young Living, Guru Nanda, and NOW brands to improve your breathing patterns and peace of mind. Massage therapy is unique to me, because it is a perfect combination for my passion and interest in networking, music, creativity, and helping others reconnect with their mind, body, and spirit.

Clear communication is important to ensure the most effective massage session.
