My name is Shannel and I've been practicing massage since 2018. I'm a mental health advocate and wellness enthusiast. I love holistic health and I believe self-care is essential. I practice trauma informed care and I specialize in working with woman actively seeking help to address PTSD, depression and

anxiety. I' an also a Certified Prenatal Massage Therapist and I assist mothers in their pregnancy journey as well as post-partum care to help them see the importance in making their wellness a priority.

My mission for you is to tap into your body's natural healing ability. Life become more enjoyable when you ensure that you have a space to heal and grow. I would like to create that space for my clients through bodywork.
