Meesha is a long time Licensed Massage Therapist of 20 years. And a Certified Yoga Therapist with the International Association of Yoga Therapists. She considers herself a Mindfulness Practitioner - bringing mindfulness techniques on and off the table, with focus on the body, the mind and deep connection to the “Higher Self”.

On the table, Meesha’s massage style of 20 years has become very Intuitive and has always been Therapeutic. Trained in modalities such as: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, Scar Tissue, Sports, Reflexology, Pregnancy, and La Stone, Meesha creates a signature style of massage, best described by clients as a “Meeshage” - a customized massage by Meesha

Off the table, Meesha brings Mindfulness into her coaching, helping others to connect within themselves, by bringing conscious awareness to the sensations, thoughts and feelings happening in each moment and exploring them curiously without expectation or resolve. To learn to simply allow the unfolding of their experience and calmly acknowledge their own personal truths. It is in those moments where you stop seeking the answers, that the answers reveal themselves.

On the mat, Meesha allows the client an opportunity to literally “move through” their experience with postures and exercises focused on training the clients to listen to their bodies own innate intelligence for healing.

Specializing in Somatic Massage, Yoga Therapy and Integral Breath Therapy. Additional specialty training includes: Transformational Yoga Coaching, Advanced Life Coaching and Advanced Yoga Teacher Training.
