There's nothing worse than having an injury that's keeping you from doing what you love. I work with elite athletes, people who have chronic pain, hard workers who spend long hours in front of a computer and other overachievers who love their sport and sometimes overshoot the mark. The issue is the same: it's hard to be happy when you're in pain.

Being an athlete myself, I've had my share of injuries. I understand pain and the frustration that comes with it. This is why I love resolving specific issues. By doing the detective work necessary to determined what muscles are involved and manually addressing the affected areas to repair tissues I am able help you feel better, so you can get back to doing what you love.

I believe that every body is different and finding the right combination of techniques to create positive change in your body is what I do best. With your input and feedback we will begin the process healing and get you back to feeling awesome!
