My work is based on a simple but important observation: physical discomfort is rarely just a muscular issue. It's often deeply connected to our nervous system, our posture, and the way our bodies hold onto stress. Simply treating the sore muscle doesn't always lead to lasting change.

That's why my approach is different. I work to address the underlying patterns that contribute to pain and tension. My methods are informed by modern pain science, including principles from Z-Health—an approach that uses the brain-body connection to resolve pain and improve movement. This perspective helps me understand the "why" behind what you're feeling and address it more effectively.

Dalton Myoskeletal Alignment: A technique used to identify and help correct the postural habits that lead to chronic discomfort.
