Tiffany has been a Licensed Massage Therapist in Michigan since 2013, bringing extensive experience in clinical massage modalities, spa treatments, and relaxation techniques.

With a foundation in Healthcare since 2003, she seamlessly integrates that comprehensive knowledge into her massage practice.

In 2022, she completed her 200-hour Yoga Teaching certification. Her sessions emphasize restorative and relaxation-focused practices while incorporating balance, stability, and mobility work.

When the opportunity arose to relocate to Pine Grove, she knew this presented the perfect occasion to rebrand her practice, aligning it more with her foundational values.

Driven by a passion for all things wellness and fitness related, she is dedicated to sharing this knowledge with her clients. She believes in continuous, lifelong learning and consistently researches innovative approaches to achieve optimal outcomes with those clients.
