As a practicing massage therapist for 22 years I specialize in multiple modalities.

I challenge myself to actively keep learning and currently offer a variety of techniques tailored to meet each individuals needs.

Most of my career has been spent in the luxury spa world fine tuning my craft. I am thankful to have been able to deepened my practice trough studies in such places as Thailand & Bali. So from Thai stretching to trigger point work & Lymphatic drainage techniques I try to incorporate all that I have learned into my sessions to help maximize relaxation and rejuvenation.
