Reflexology is based on the principle that certain points on the feet and hands correspond to organs, systems and structures within the body. This relationship is called a reflex – the stimulation of one point brings about a response in another area.

The techniques stimulate the complex neural pathways linking body systems, supporting the body’s efforts to function optimally.

I practice Western Reflexology with alternating pressure. This activates the nerve impulses connecting the brain to our feet. You then move into deep relaxation and stress relief. You will feel relaxed and recharged after your session!
