I've been a massage therapist for almost 20yrs and I retired recently as an RN after working almost 50yrs. I have enjoyed healing in many different ways, gladly being able to offer both my patients and my clients alternate paths toward wellness. I am a yoga and meditation practitioner.

The focus of my work is the traditional Swedish massage, relaxing and nurturing, yet providing the depth and attention to restrictions that the client needs, as in the deep tissue modality. I incorporate stretching as a add-on, and I am certified to do pre natal massage.

My practice is small, with clients I have been treating for a long time, new clients coming as referrals from "old", and I believe that is the secret to a successful practice, in that you keep them coming back!
