We are a team of massage therapists that focus on athletes and active individuals as well as desk jockeys that suffer from repetitive stress injuries. We make sure to thoroughly assess our clients looking at gait, posture, range of motion, and utilizing palpation. We take into consideration not just your job but other factors that can contribute to tension and pain. We analyze the results to create a specific treatment plan for you to maximize recovery in minimal time.
