I rebranded in January 2025 after several visits to Finland and Iceland as Siida Community Wellness. In the Arctic north of the Sami indigenous people, the "siida" is the gathering place in the summer and winter of the gathered community of family clan groups.

I work in St Matthews, Louisville every other week on Mondays, Wednesday, and some Fridays and in Frankfort, KY Tuesdays, Thursdays, and other Fridays.

Alternate weeks, I am in Slade Ky in the Red River Gorge as Middle Fork Massage Therapy at Elemental Yoga and Wellness.
