My approach to bodywork is rooted in the belief that healing happens when the body, mind, and spirit are given space to reconnect. With a foundation in both clinical massage and traditional Hawaiian lomi lomi, I work with the whole person—not just the area of discomfort—to encourage balance, flow, and long-term wellness.

Each session begins with listening. I take time to understand not only the physical concern but also the patterns, lifestyle factors, and emotional tensions that may be contributing to it. From there, I combine therapeutic techniques such as deep tissue, myofascial release, and medical massage with the grounding, rhythmic, and heart-centered principles of lomi lomi.

My intention is always to create a safe, restorative environment where clients can release, reset, and return to their bodies with more ease. I believe touch is a powerful form of communication, and through mindful, intuitive work, I aim to support the body’s natural ability to heal itself.

Whether addressing chronic pain, supporting recovery, or offering much-needed relaxation, my focus is on creating customized treatments that honor each person’s unique needs, their story, and their path toward well-being.
