I aim to provide quality bodywork and related services. My wish is to help clients reach their goals for movement and living in a comfortable body. Often, we put our stress and emotions into our body and they appear as knots, cramps, pains and more. Aiding people in feeling good in their bodies can aid in mental health and overall quality of life. I want everyone to be able to take off and feel(be) alive with T.O.B.A Massage.

Tai Chi sessions can be scheduled any day the therapist has availability and on other days based on discussion. The aim is to be flexible for clients seeking to take their own health into their hands! Primarily Tai Chi practice for health and it can be adjusted for martial with discussion!

*Please note that first time clients must speak with the therapist in order to schedule to help make arrangements. Also, clients should schedule appointments with at least 24 hours notice. First time client scheduling without speaking to the therapist may result in rescheduling or cancellations.*

Cancellations/Rescheduling must occur no less than 24 hours before the appointment. If a cancellation occurs within the window of the appointment then accommodations will be at the discretion of the Massage therapist; a deposit of 25% or more of the appointment. If the client is a no show, they will be required to reschedule and 50% of the missed appointment cost will added to the next bill. If clients have not paid or no card is on file, they will be required to pay before they can reschedule.

*Outcalls incur a $20 base fee and $1 per mile after 10miles.*
