Nicole is a deep-tissue–focused massage therapist who enjoys working through problem areas to help clients find meaningful, lasting relief. She is especially drawn to therapeutic work that supports recovery, whether that means addressing chronic tension or helping the body heal after injury. Her approach is thoughtful and client-centered, with the goal of helping each person feel stronger, more mobile, and more at ease in their body.

Originally from New Jersey, Nicole moved to Louisville in 2005 and attended the University of Louisville, where she studied English. Outside of academics, she spent much of her time at the city’s 24-hour skatepark, riding BMX bikes—an experience that deeply shaped her appreciation for movement and recovery. Living an active lifestyle led to firsthand experiences with injury and physical limitation, and she came to rely on massage therapy to help her return to daily life. As a client, she was always curious, asking questions and wanting to understand how the body works. That curiosity, paired with a genuine desire to help others, eventually led her to pursue massage therapy herself.

Before entering the field, Nicole worked on the administrative side of healthcare, hoping to make a difference in a helping profession. Over time, that role no longer felt aligned, and massage school became a turning point. What began as a learning experience quickly revealed itself as the work she had been searching for.

Outside the treatment room, Nicole enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding, yoga, traveling, reading, cooking, and spending time outdoors. She is deeply committed to continued education and lifelong learning, viewing every class and book as an opportunity to expand her skills and better serve her clients. While she especially enjoys working with those recovering from sports injuries, Nicole is passionate about helping anyone in need of relief feel their best and return to the activities they love.
