Robert Davis Gonzalez has dedicated his life to helping others overcome chronic pain through the art and science of therapeutic massage. His journey began with a deep fascination for restoring the body from dysfunctional postural patterns and a firm belief in the power of an integrative neuromuscular approach.

Originally trained in Marine Biology, Robert made the pivotal decision to pursue massage therapy without hesitation—immersing himself in extensive education and clinical training across multiple disciplines, including:

Recognizing the essential role of movement in long-term recovery, Robert later became a certified Pilates instructor, integrating movement-based therapy into his bodywork to support postural reeducation and functional resilience.

Experience, Service, and Practice

Since 2010, Robert has worked as a licensed massage therapist and self-employed professional, providing care at high-level athletic events such as golf tournaments, Ironman competitions, and major marathon events. His dedication to excellence is reflected in consistently positive client reviews and long-term therapeutic outcomes.

Today, Robert practices at the Midas Touch Institute in South Miami, where he continues to guide clients toward meaningful, lasting transformation through thoughtful, integrative care.

Beyond the Treatment Room

Originally from Cuba, Robert became a Reiki master while continuing his studies in Japanese and sports massage. He made Miami his home in 2008 and later spent a year-long honeymoon in Medellín, Colombia, with his wife. He is now a proud father of two daughters, balancing family life with professional purpose.

His interests extend well beyond bodywork—embracing learning, reading, movement, meaningful conversation, and the pursuit of knowledge as a path to personal and professional growth.

A guiding principle passed down from his grandmother continues to shape his life and work:
