Welcome to the World of Integrative Neuromuscular Therapy
by Robert Davis, LMT

Welcome to the world of an Integrative Neuromuscular Therapist, where expertise, passion, and a somatic view converge to provide exceptional therapeutic massage services.

I am committed to helping you say goodbye to chronic discomfort, restore flexibility limited by dysfunctional posture, and elevate your overall wellness. My mission is to exceed your expectations through personalized treatment plans and a diverse range of advanced therapeutic techniques tailored to your unique needs.

My Approach

Refined over 19 years of dedicated study and hands-on practice, my unique therapeutic approach combines the following expert techniques:

Jumeiho Japanese Massage
A holistic therapy from Japan that combines rhythmic stretches, pressure techniques, and flowing movements to restore balance, improve posture, and support the body’s natural healing capacity.
Muscle Energy Techniques
Gentle contractions of specific muscles help restore flexibility and eliminate imbalances.
Myofascial Release
Targets the fascia surrounding muscles to release deep tension and enhance mobility.
Active Isolated Stretching
Guided, gentle stretches improve range of motion and unlock flexibility.
Structural Myofascial Release
Corrects postural misalignments and relieves musculoskeletal discomfort.
Trigger Point Therapy
Identifies and deactivates trigger points to reduce pain and improve muscle function.
Gentle Stretching Technique
Slow, deliberate stretches encourage muscle elongation, improve circulation, and enhance flexibility and overall function.
Reiki & Hand Healing
A gentle, energy-based practice that uses light hand placements to restore balance, release tension, and encourage deep relaxation.
Pilates-Based Movement (Post-Massage Integration)
Rooted in classical Pilates, these guided movements reinforce postural balance, aid in recovery, and prolong the therapeutic benefits of massage.

Your Personalized Wellness Plan

Each session begins with a conversation—where I listen to your goals, health history, and lifestyle. From there, I craft a tailor-made treatment plan that addresses the root causes of discomfort, including trigger points, fascial restrictions, and muscular imbalances.

Through this comprehensive approach, you may experience:

Reduced chronic pain and muscle spasms
Improved posture and movement efficiency
Faster recovery from inflammation and injuries
Increased flexibility and strength
Renewed physical and emotional well-being

Sessions typically conclude with targeted stretching and Pilates-based movements to reinforce alignment and help you maintain results between visits.
