From a Functional Perspective

As a personal trainer since 2009 I take a more functional perspective on my approach to massage. I take in consideration how everything is connected and how which movements are restricted or affected by the pain and discomfort you're experiencing and treat the root of the problem, rather than chasing symptoms.

Fitness and living a healthy balanced lifestyle is what i'm about. I'm an anatomy nerd and love human movement and performance. I'm a thinking, a problem solver and i'll go the extra mile to help you get the results you deserve.
