I’m Cynthia Thomas, the founder and massage therapist behind The Bodywork Den and Locust Grove Wellness. With 12 years of experience as a therapist, I’ve dedicated my career to helping others achieve wellness through personalized massage and bodywork. As an avid lover of fitness and strength-building, and someone who trains for my own Spartan races and runs, I truly understand the importance of recovery and self-care.

I specialize in creating tailored sessions that support both your physical recovery and mental relaxation. I believe that true health comes from nurturing not only the body but also the mind and soul.

I’m passionate about helping people feel their best, and in my cozy, welcoming space, I’ll work with you to create a personalized experience that helps you recharge, unwind, and find balance—so you can feel your best, inside and out.

I look forward to helping you on your wellness journey!
