Through hands-on somatic and craniosacral techniques, I support the body in releasing stored tension and unprocessed emotion, especially in areas like the chest and abdomen where it often gets held.

As the nervous system regulates, clients often experience a deeper sense of balance, clarity, and emotional stability. When your body feels safe, you’re able to process what’s been stuck, move out of survival mode, and return to a more grounded, connected version of yourself.
