I specialize in very detailed therapeutic body work with the intention of correcting postural deviations, as well as educating my clients to provide self care to progressively reach a goal or a point to living without pain. This can be accomplished with my detailed and intuitive knowledge.

I'm trained and certified in hot stone and Swedish massage, but I have over six years of professional experience of prenatal, spa services, deep tissue, neuromuscular, sports therapy, injures, therapeutic, stretching, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and joint manipulation.
