East Valley Therapeutic Massage based in Mesa, AZ specializes in the relief of back and hip pain. Whether you are suffering from aches between the shoulder blades, lower back pain, sharp pain in the hips, tingling down the legs, and/or desk-related stress, I am here to provide you relief from pain and discomfort.

Hi! My name is Tara, licensed massage therapist since 2015 and owner of East Valley Therapeutic Massage.

I was raised by a family of licensed massage therapists including my mother and two sisters. As a result, I was guided very early on along a path toward healing; ultimately, to help give people relief who are experiencing back and hip pain.

I have suffered from back pain since my early teenage years from sitting for long hours at my desk, and hip pain during and after giving birth in my early adulthood. Massage therapy provided a great deal of relief for me which further sparked my interest in pursuing massage therapy as a career.

I attended the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts and was extensively trained through several advanced classes in pain relief massage. Upon graduating, I had all the right tools necessary to provide the best possible care for my clients.

When I'm not in my massage office, I'm either enjoying metal music while working out at the gym, drinking coffee, going on an adventure in a new country, or being a mom to my daughter. I look forward to connecting with you soon!

Why choose Me?

No Tipping

Gratuity, or tipping, is not accepted. I consider myself to be a provider of and compliment to your healthcare. Instead, save your money and use it towards your next appointment and/or leave a review!

It's quiet time

Have you ever received a massage from a therapist who wouldn't stop talking? I love a good chat, but I won't initiate a conversation with you during your massage. I follow your lead.

All inclusive

No nickle-and-diming here! There are no upcharges or add-ons for ashiatsu, deeper pressure, essential oils, or hot stones. Every session is customized to your needs and may use many different techniques to bring you relief.

Comfort

Ever had to lay on an uncomfortable massage table? Not here. My massage table is extra padded with memory foam comforters, memory foam head-rest, and room is warmly lit for your extra comfort.

Can't wait to meet you!
