Your option of a 60 or 90 minute massage for muscle recovery, relaxation, and aide in reduction of stress, insomnia, anxiety and depression.
Therapeutic Massage
During this session we will use a variety of techniques (deep tissue, medical massage, scraping etc.) to help reduce or alleviate pain, reeducate the muscles, break up scar tissue, and assist in the recovery process.
