· Johanna Davis started her career as an elementary and middle school teacher. While being a teacher she also earned her 500RYT yoga teacher certification. During her years of teaching both elementary children and yoga classes, Johanna realized how much she enjoyed offering health and wellness services to her students and clients alike. In 2019 she chose to make a career shift toward using her teaching abilities in the wellness industry through becoming a licensed massage therapist. It is Johanna’s belief that similar to yoga, there are massage therapy benefits for everyone, and it is so much more than a hands-on treatment. It is a way to become mindfully aware of the body’s daily needs and changes as well as a way to relieve stress and live a healthier lifestyle.
