A session with me brings the benefit of anything/everything that I've learned in 20 years of massage/bodywork and can include any modality from deep-tissue techniques to Swedish, positional release techniques, stretching, pre-natal, medical massage, and energy work like Reiki to name just a few. He would use his anatomy expertise with ease and it was as if he knew exactly where your body was "screaming" and he would gently ease it.
