A body can laugh too!

So many things to do, lists of errands to run, not enough hours in the day, wake up exhausted, and feel like this is your life on REPEAT. And even when you have down time, your mind and body cannot go with the flow and relax as the stress and tension have taken over.

That's what I hear again and again. I see what this does to a body, and it isn't a good thing.
