A 90 minute session is best if you have any areas that need focus that way there is time for the whole body as well. I have helped people with many different body challenges including aches in the neck, shoulders and low back, sciatica, anxiety, normal pregnancy discomforts, plantar fasciitis, delayed onset muscles soarness, and other various ailments.

Full body massage is a wonderful tool to help your body to do what it already is trying to do which is heal itself. Your body knows how to heal, full-body massage can help clear the way by encouraging local and systemic circulation, encouraging good sleep and guiding your body out of work and stress mode to the rest and recover mode (this is the sympathetic vs the parasympathetic nervous system).

If you have questions, my phone is often on silent because of my work but please feel free to reach out via text or voicemail. I only take appointments on Wednesdays and Thursdays now because in addition to massage therapist since 2018, I am also a student midwife, dog mom, daughter, fiance, novice sewer, and other various and ever-evolving hobbies and endeavors.
