I love how massage allows us to deepen the connection to ourselves—to listen to what needs attention, what hurts, and what feels good. I found my way into this practice while navigating my own physical challenges, and my hope is to help you do the same.

In my practice, I draw from a variety of modalities including Swedish, Connective Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Sports Massage, and Thai Massage.
