Hi, I'm Ashley! I graduated from Higher Elevation Healing Arts massage school in Eagle, CO in Fall 2016 and spent four years practicing massage in several luxury spas in Vail, CO before relocating to the Stevenson, WA area in 2020.

I love that there are endless learning opportunities, techniques, and styles of massage. I have taken several continuing education classes in (John F. Barnes style) myofascial release, thai massage, and lomi lomi. I love incorporating traction, stretching, movement, and craniosacral into my massage, as well as using cupping techniques. I don't always think it's about using "deep" pressure or "light" pressure but using the right amount of pressure to engage tissue, encourage releases, and bring the body back into balance. I'm continually fascinated by the healing benefits and positive effects of massage therapy!

In my free time I love traveling and being outside (hiking, biking, and camping) with my husband Tyko and our very energetic German wirehair pointer Lily.
