I am a 2012 graduate of U.S. Career Institute in Fort Collins, CO. After two years of working with friends and family, I jumped headfirst into massage full-time and have loved every moment.

I run my own business inside of Lily Massage Suites. My massage practice is my passion; I love helping people feel better and getting back to doing what they do best. My goal is to get you to your desired result, whether you’re looking for relaxation, decreased stress, better sleep, increased mobility, or pain relief.

My modalities include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports massage, Therapeutic, Cupping, Hot Stones, Aromatherapy, and Chair massage. Add-ons that I can do to enhance the massage are doTERRA’s deep blue topical, hot towels, and sugar foot scrubs. I have different-sized bolsters and pillows to help with comfort too. Each session is customized to your specific needs and goals.

Regular massage is beneficial in achieving your goals and keeping yourself healthy. A good starting point for regular massage is once a month; however, the time between sessions will depend on your goals, activity level, stress level, injuries, or any specific issue you wish to work on.
