Biography

Daniel is the founder of Apex Bodywork and a performance-focused massage therapist specializing in injury recovery, mobility restoration, and athletic optimization. His work is rooted in both personal experience and advanced clinical training, giving him a unique understanding of the physical and psychological impact of pain and injury.

Raised in Northern California, Daniel was deeply involved in athletics, including wrestling, track and field, volleyball, and Tae Kwon Do. His commitment to physical excellence eventually led him to bodybuilding, where he developed a strong foundation in biomechanics, muscle development, and performance training. However, a severe lower back injury resulting in a herniated disc and debilitating sciatic pain became a defining turning point. After exhausting conventional treatments with limited success, Daniel experienced firsthand the transformative power of skilled, therapeutic massage. The restoration of his mobility and relief from chronic pain ignited a clear purpose—to help others reclaim control of their bodies and perform at their highest level.

Daniel relocated to Las Vegas to pursue this calling and completed both the Professional Massage Therapy and Master Bodyworker programs at the Nevada School of Massage Therapy. In 2018, he founded Apex Bodywork with the mission of delivering clinically informed, results-driven treatment tailored to each client’s individual goals.

Throughout his career, Daniel has worked with bodybuilders, CrossFit athletes, ultramarathon runners, collegiate athletes, and active individuals seeking both recovery and peak performance. His approach integrates deep anatomical knowledge, precise technique, and a performance-centered mindset to reduce pain, restore function, and enhance physical capability.
