I am a CAMTC licensed massage therapist (#91214) that specializes in deep tissue, sports and trigger point massage. With an emphasis on communication and breathing, I tend to use firm pressure and have a therapeutic approach during each session. Modalities and techniques utilized throughout each personalized session include Soft Tissue Mobilization, Myofascial Release, Pin and Stretch Techniques, Assisted Stretching and Range of Motion Assessment.
