Whether you're an athlete, an equestrian, or someone managing everyday stress and tension, my approach is customized to your unique needs. I also incorporate craniosacral and Swedish techniques when appropriate, blending intensity with calm to reset the body and nervous system.

As a mobile therapist, I bring my services directly to you—your home, office, or event—making bodywork accessible, convenient, and consistent. I’m also expanding my work into the equine world, offering massage for horses in training or recovery, and I’m actively building relationships within the horse community.
