I am a somatic healing coach, educator, author and founder of Embodied Healing Center. My work doesn't come from a textbook—it came from my own messy, albeit necessary journey through difficult trials, extreme stress and trauma that lived in my body, that no amount of mindset or massage could touch.

The experiences that once kept me stuck, small and living in fear became the reason I’ve spent over 30 years learning how we actually heal, learn and grow—not by thinking our way out, saying affirmations blindly, pushing it away by minimizing it or pretending it didn’t happen…but by coming back into the body and really listening.

I don’t just teach theory. I teach what works. What I’ve lived. What I’ve tested through two master’s degrees, 30+ certifications in NLP and somatic modalities, and thousands of hours with real people, real trauma, doing real healing work.

Whether I’m working one-on-one, leading somatic coaching programs, or training practitioners through my certification, my work is built on one belief: healing doesn’t mean pushing through, 'hustling' or 'toughening up'. It means using your past as purpose, finding strength in vulnerability and using love t lead the way. It means coming back home to yourself—softening from within, seeing from the inside out with clarity that can help you break free from your armouring and remember who you really are; worthy, enough, capable and resilient.
