My approach focuses on getting the nervous system to relax through CraneoSacral, releasing fascia adhesion and triggerpoints with cupping and Precision Neuromuscular Therapy, and activating weak or misfiring muscles through Muscle Activation Technique all while guiding the body to a more efficient posture.
