Soul Body Align is born out of the desire to help others help themselves while providing skilled and affordable Therapeutic Massage. It’s my nature to always return to my own body’s wisdom for health, healing and guidance. My wish is to bring others to their own awareness in support of wellness. This comes in the form of inquiry, informed touch, instruction, and feedback.

There are many reasons for getting a massage and so many more benefits from receiving regular bodywork. Now more than ever we need to recognize the value of self-care.

These are just some benefits of massage:

Reduced stressImproved circulation
Reduced pain

Alleviation of depression and anxiety
Reduced post-surgery and post-injury swelling
Stimulation of the lymphatic system
