My name is Christopher Escamilla, I have a powerful passion in improving and optimizing movement for athletes and to the elderly. My practical experiences comes from training and teaching others for 10 years from various martial arts and Resistance training. I have earned multiple gold medals ranging from local, state, national, and the world circuit. Taking my experiences to school, I earned a bachelor's degree in exercise science & health promotion and currently working to attain my masters in sports science and rehabilitation.
