We ask that you complete your digital intake form prior to your scheduled appointment and arrive 5-10 minutes early for a brief consultation with your massage therapist. This allows enough time to ensure you get your full 30, 60, 90, or 120 minutes on the table. We also give you time after massage so that you don't have to feel rushed to get up and out the door.
