Scheduling time for one’s self helps move us toward grace, but it is often our lowest priority. When you take care of yourself, you feel more energetic and have more time for others.

The mission of breathing– space is to provide services and incentives that are so nurturing – you will discover that taking care of yourself does not take time, it makes time.

Massage and yoga provide overall wellness for every being. If you are pregnant, postpartum, or suffer from chronic pain, I would like to show you how massage can improve your quality of life.

I provide 30, 60, and 90 minute massages that blend Swedish, Deep tissue, Shiatsu, and Hot stone massage techniques. Each massage is a unique creation adapted to your needs and preferences on that day.

Appointments are available Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at 442 NW 3rd Street in Corvallis. (Near McMenamins).
