Founder & CEO, PRISM Bodywork & Wellness

With nearly two decades of experience in therapeutic bodywork, I am a medicine woman trained by indigenous tribes in the amazon jungle, a Licensed Massage Therapist with a Bachelor's degree in Health Science, and spiritual guide for those seeking deeper healing from chronic pain, PTSD, anxiety, or depression toward renewed vitality and wholeness.

I've created the PRISM Method, which integrates intuitive touch with energy work, breathwork, and guided visualization—creating a complete healing experience that addresses body, mind, and spirit.

My own healing journey began at the age of 18 after a near-death experience in a nearly fatal car accident, where I discovered my spiritual gifts. Afterward, I felt firsthand the transformative power of therapeutic bodywork and energy healing. This personal experience drives my passion for helping others find natural, holistic paths to healing, especially when traditional methods haven't provided relief.
