I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist, Holistic Health Practitioner, and Reiki Practitioner since 2011. After graduating from Mueller College, I’ve accumulated over 10,000 hours of hands-on clinical experience working with professional athletes, post-surgical recovery clients, chronic pain conditions, stress-related tension patterns, and structural imbalances.

Throughout my career, I have remained deeply committed to continuing education and advanced training in structural therapy, myofascial techniques, movement analysis, and integrative healing modalities. As a current medical student pursuing my Doctorate in Chinese Medicine, I continuously refine my clinical approach by integrating both Eastern and Western perspectives of the body.

Each session begins with a detailed structural and postural assessment to evaluate muscular and fascial restrictions, compensation patterns, and nervous system involvement. I then create a customized, site-specific treatment protocol designed to restore alignment, improve mobility, and reduce acute and chronic pain at its root.

My mission is to educate and empower my clients while creating a grounded, safe environment where they feel heard and supported. Healing is not just symptom relief . it is about helping you reconnect with your body, build sustainable habits, and return to strength, balance, and confidence.

I look forward to supporting you on your healing journey.
