As an athlete all my life, I have had many injuries which have sparked an interest in health, the healing process and our amazingly complex bodies. After graduation from high school I pursued a Bachelor's degree in Health Ecology from the University of Nevada, Reno. Upon graduation from UNR in 2010, I took some time to figure out what I was truly passionate about. I believe that the human body and experience is complex in individually unique, like a snowflake. I enjoy working with athletes to improve their performance, helping you cope with your chronic pain and giving expecting mothers the tender touch they love and deserve.

Having experienced chronic pain and athletic performance myself, I bring a unique insight to every massage. After suffering from severe shin splints for 5 years, I was introduced to Aston Kinetics at age 17. With remarkable improvement and complete recovery I chose Aston Kinetics as my career focus. I have begun the certification process into Aston Kinetics in which I will continue to take classes over the course of the next three years.

Aston Kinetics is a paradigm that consists of massage, movement, ergonomics and fitness; originally developed by Judith Aston in the 1970's, it is a complete system to help people understand their chronic pain, how to neutralize it and how to make our environment fit our bodies. The certification process is 3 years long, during which I am able to apply that knowledge to your chronic pain, or help you to perform better in your sport.
