Hello! My name is Holly Rajski. I am a licensed massage therapist and corrective exercise specialist. I have worked in a clinical setting with other health and wellness professionals for over 10 years. I am extremely passionate about helping others feel better through massage therapy and educating about self-wellness and therapeutic exercise. I am trained in a wide variety of massage and bodywork therapies and I use a skilled and integrative approach to help my clients reach their desired outcome. I specialize in working with people of all ages who deal with chronic pain issues, injuries, work related repetitive strain, tension headaches, migraines and more. I also assist athletes, marathon runners, fitness enthusiasts, and bodybuilders to improve their physical performance.

Every session is personalized to your specific needs. After discussing your health history and physical assessment we will come up with a plan together to help you reach your goals.
