ABOUT KRISTIN

Kristin has a passion for helping people which prompted her to become a Massage Therapist. She feels fulfillment in knowing that she has made a difference in someone's day by helping clients feel rejuvenated and create a healthy balance through their healing journey by either relieving pain, stress or obtain relaxation. Every client presents a unique set of symptoms and challenges; Kristin’s focus is on assessing and listening to her clients with a caring professional presence. Through this process, she creates an individualized treatment plan to alleviate symptoms and determine the root cause.

Prior to becoming a Registered Massage Therapist, Kristin has been a paramedic for 5 years working around Medicine Hat and area, and she continues to work as a paramedic. She has completed her Registered Massage Therapy from the Alberta College of Massage Therapy in Calgary.

Travelling is one of Kristin's favorite things to do. She has been to multiple places around the world and continues to create new adventures. In order to maintain her own health, she maintains a active lifestyle and regularly enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with family, friends and her dog. Kristin is grateful for all the knowledge she has explored and the experience she's gained; and throughout her lifetime, she has developed an understanding of how the mind and body works and heals together.
