Illness Policy & COVID-19 Safety
Your health and well-being are always my top priority. If you're currently experiencing or have recently had any respiratory, flu, or cold symptoms — such as fever, chills, nasal congestion or drainage, sore throat, cough, muscle aches, or shortness of breath — please reschedule your appointment for at least 10 days later. Thank you for helping keep this space safe for everyone.

Scheduling
All sessions are by appointment only. I occasionally have same-day availability, but I recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time. A credit card is required to reserve your session at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments or late cancellations will be charged the full session fee. If you're feeling unwell, please reach out — there is no fee for illness-related cancellations. Cancellations must be done via text or phone call to 910-585-6331. E-mails for cancellations will not be accepted.

Payment
Cash is preferred and always appreciated. I also accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), HSA, and FSA cards. If you plan to submit for insurance reimbursement, please confirm with your provider that massage therapy is covered under your plan.

Arriving Late
To respect everyone’s time, sessions will end at the originally scheduled time, even if you arrive late. You will be responsible for the full fee for the time you booked.

Health Considerations
Please inform me of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or concerns when booking your appointment. Some services may not be appropriate for certain health conditions, and I want to make sure your session is both safe and beneficial.

Communicate Your Preferences
This is your time to feel supported and cared for. Please let me know if you have preferences for pressure, music, lighting, temperature, or whether you'd like conversation or quiet during your session. Every part of your experience can be tailored to you.
