Enhance your well-being with a professional and therapeutic massage and facial.

Hi. Welcome, I'm Colleen. If you have any questions, please call or text me any time. With over 25 plus years in each field of massage and esthetics, we can design your treatment to fit your specific needs of the day.

You will re-discover your sense of overall health with personalized therapies that nurture your body, mind and soul. Enjoy an experience that will allow you to achieve calm, relaxation and peace inside and out. Your therapeutic massage may include a fusion of relaxation Swedish massage, deep tissue, cupping, hot stones, biomat, prenatal, aromatherapy, energy work, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, heatpack, & warm towels. Beforehand we will discuss what issues that you would like to focus on and which therapies may benefit you the most.

Improve the health of your skin with a facial. Enjoy cleaner, smoother, more balanced and hydrated skin with an Epicuren or Bio-Therapeutic facial. The steps of facials include cleanse, exfoliation, extraction, masque, moisturize accompanied with steaming, warm towels, and ultrasonic tools, and various relaxing massage techniques and tools such as guasha, and stones. Please let me know what your goals are for your facial, be it just to relax, to quiet down irritated skin, to focus on exfoliation and extractions, skin education, or work on whatever issue is bothering you about your skin.
