After spending time in construction — where working with his hands was the language — and building a career in the wellness industry as a strength coach, Caleb found massage therapy to be the best of both. He trained at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts and arrived with a foundation most therapists don't have: a deep, practical understanding of how the body moves, performs, and breaks down under physical demand.

Every session with Caleb begins with a conversation. Before you get on the table, he wants to know what you're looking for — so he can build a plan around it. From there, he stays closely attuned to how your body responds to the work, adjusting in real time based on what he sees and what you communicate. He pays careful attention to comfort, breathing, tension patterns, pain tolerance, and range of motion throughout, incorporating myotherapy and trigger point work to address what's actually holding you back.
