I primarily use Swedish massage, Lomi Lomi and Reiki to provide bodywork that feels relaxing and restorative. My work is well-suited to people seeking relief from things like chronic stress, anxiety, insomnia, and depression (and the tension/discomfort that these conditions can bring about). I also love working with people who see bodywork as an essential part of their regular self-care routine. My style is not heavy-handed, and although I am happy to provide more focused attention to any problem areas during your session, I do not offer Deep Tissue massage as a stand-alone service.

Please rest assured that all Covid-related pre-appointment screenings (and safety/sanitization protocols in the studio) are being strictly adhered to, in order to keep your session as safe as possible for the both of us. I'm happy to answer any questions you may have about this prior to your appointment. As an additional safety measure, please note that as of November 2023 I have received the updated monovalent Covid vaccine.

My studio is located in Lakeview on the north side of Chicago, minutes from both the Red (Addison) and Brown (Southport) CTA stations, as well as the #22 Clark and #152 Addison busses. Sessions are by appointment only.
